Chatham Heights Team
Rachel is the newest member of our team, and is likely the first person you’ll meet when you visit our Chatham location. She lived in Minnesota for fifteen years, and says that she loves the cold. Other than that, she seems reasonably level-headed.
She’s new to the automotive world – so much so that she was initially skeptical when we told her that Saturn automobiles were actually made right here on Earth – but she’s catching on just fine.
Dewayne Coates, Technician
Meet technician Dewayne Coates. Dewayne is a car guy who already has his dream car – a 1968 Camaro.
He likes to fish; fortunately his wife, Brittnie, does too. He also enjoys eating onions and driving Fords.
Jack Livesay, Technician
Jack is an ASE Certified Master Technician, with L1, or Advanced Engine Performance Specialist credentials as well. He has twenty years of experience as a tech, and is certified to perform Virginia safety and emissions inspections. He also has a fishing license. He’s happily married; he and his wife, Nichole, have teamed up to manufacture five lovely chirrens. He says he enjoys spending time with family (his, I assume) and is raising his kids with strong Christian values. As you can see by his picture, he is large and dreamy.
Austin Sullivan, Technician
Austin is employed full time by Prince William County, and fills in at DOC Auto ® part time, usually on Saturdays. He comes by his mechanical skills honestly – Jessica, our lead tech on Courthouse Road, is his mom.
Also like his mom, he enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing. Despite what he may claim, he cannot break an apple in half with one finger. He dreams of a career as a professional yodeler.
Courthouse Road Team
Amy Fazar, Customer Service
Amy’s the superstar multitasker keeping things running smoothly at the Courthouse Road DOC Auto ®. Her stoic, unsmiling visage is likely the first thing you’ll see upon entering our establishment. This is not a sign of unfriendliness; her face was paralyzed years ago in a freak hang-gliding incident.
She loves spending time with her two amazing children, hanging out at the beach, and working out. DOC Auto ® is a temporary gig for her – she’s planning a career in sumo wrestling.
Jessica Keys, Technician
Jessica is our lead tech at the Courthouse Road shop. She’s a natural; she’s been working on cars and trucks since she was a little girl. She’s a constant black cloud in the shop, living her joyless existence in surly silence. We’d confront her about her negativity, but she’s just too physically intimidating. We’re scurred.
She’s a lifelong Stafford County resident and loves Fords (almost as much as Dewayne does), and enjoys hunting and fishing.
Robert Hughes, Technician
Robert is the newest addition to our team on Courthouse Road. He’s the proud father of two young ‘uns, with whom he loves sharing new experiences. He also enjoys playing basketball and video games.
He’s been a technician for over a decade, and spent three years at a Ford dealership. He claims to be happy to have joined the world of the independent repair shop…. Check out his “Carlton dance” on our Facebook page – we expect legal action to be forthcoming.
